Signs Your CWS Door Installation Is Failing

• Door drags or catches at the bottom. This usually means the slab has settled fractionally or the threshold has shifted. In Brownsville’s sandy soil, minor settling is common and it wears the bottom sweep fast.
• You can see daylight around the edges. Weatherstripping has compressed or torn, and with Florida humidity, that gap becomes a mold invitation and an energy leak at the same time.
• The multipoint lock won’t throw all the way. This is the most common CWS failure we replace. The gearbox inside the lock body strips, especially if the door was forced while partially locked.
